Health Insurance Market Place:
SEACAP staff are certified counselors who provide assistance in helping consumers prepare electronic and paper applications to establish and enroll in coverage through the Marketplace. This includes steps to help consumers find out if they qualify for insurance affordablity programs ( including premium tax credits, cost sharing reductions, Medicaid) and if so , to get enrolled.
SNAP Enrollment & Education
More than 1 million Arizonans are enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps. SNAP helps limited-income families expand their budgets to purchase food. SNAP can be used to buy foods like fruits, vegetables, and meats at grocery stores, convenience stores, as well as farmers’ markets. It can also be used to purchase seeds and plants that produce food.
SEACAP assists individuals and families with completing or re-certifying their SNAP application online. Copying, printing, faxing, scanning and emailing documents for applications as well as access to a telephone to call DES.
SEACAP staff has been certified by the Consumer Credit Counselors to provide families with tools on how to build a foundation to learn how to manage their money, develop budgets and begin saving and building assets for their future.
SEACAP provides food boxes to Senior Citizens 60 years of age and older and is only available to residents of Graham county.
SEACAP offers FREE Tax preparation in all four counties, all our Case Managers and Regional Coordinators are certified and trained Volunteer Income Tax Preparers.
