Services consisting of cost effective energy efficiency measures for existing residential and multi-family housing with low-income residence. it includes a wide variety of energy efficiency measures that encompass the building envelope, its heating and cooling systems, its electrical system, and electricity consuming appliances.
Services to help families learn about and gain access to any services that can help address their needs. Case Management aims to assist the families to navigate social service systems and obtain the highest quality of care. A case manager will assess the family to find the areas in which assistance is needed and connect the families with appropriate services depending on the need.
